Anthony -  Support Office Leader

Anthony leads the Base Zero Client Acquisition and Retention specialists' team.
With a strong background in Events management and office administration, Anthony has amazed us with how quickly he has adapted to the role.
Commencing in March 2019, Anthony continues to thrive in his role as Support Office Leader.
Anthony is a very logical thinker and an excellent communicator, he loves to be kept busy.
On the weekend Anthony enjoys shredding the local mountain bike tracks, and chilling out with his close friends and family.
He is an avid reader and, devours novels by the bag load.
With an interest in IT and business, Anthony plans to further his education in these fields.
We are blessed to have Anthony lead our team.

POSITION AVAILABLE - Client Support Specialist

Enquire here to apply for this role.
Your primary role will be to assist in phone-based customer support & office duties.
These duties require excellent personal communication, attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to effectively listen to client’s needs.
A basic understanding of Gmail and Microsoft Excel would be preferable.
This casual office-based position has a 3-day work week, 9 am - 2:30 pm, with some variations during school holidays and the school term.

Sandra - Lead Generation 

Sandra has a passion for business development and marketing.
An extensive background in Direct Customer service, within the Hospitality industry.
Sandi was a former franchisee at Muffin Break and brings with her extensive knowledge in business marketing and development.
Sandra has an adventurous spirit and loves the thrill of adventure.  

David - Brisbane North Operations Leader

Meet David, the leading operator for our Brisbane North region, a multi-talented individual with a passion for personal growth and enriching the lives of others. With a diverse professional and personal background, David brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team.

David's journey began with a profound love for roller hockey, representing Australia at the 1997 Asian/Oceania Junior Championship in Macau and the 2001 Tour to Portugal. He later transitioned into the corporate world as a Sales Consultant for Optus Corporation and a sales manager at a boutique grocery store, honing his skills in customer service and communication. He spent 7 years teaching Salsa dance to students and seniors of all ages, as a professional dancer instructor.

However, David's true calling led him to sustainable organic farming, where he spent a decade as the Lead grower and soil engineer, nurturing a healthy and eco-conscious business. He furthered his personal development through self-development and meditation, as well as completing courses in Yoga and Ayurvedic massage in India, alongside conflict resolution and small business management here in Australia.

David's diverse skill set also includes a Diploma in Audio Engineering/Sound Production and a black belt in Taekwondo. His positive attitude, dedication, and integrity shine through in all he does, making him an invaluable addition to our team. David's unwavering commitment to helping others achieve happiness and personal growth aligns perfectly with our mission, and we're thrilled to have him on board.

Joseph - Sydney South East Operations Leader

Introducing Joe, the leading operator for our Sydney South East region! With a background in the construction maintenance sector, Joe brings a wealth of experience from working on large contracts. Seeking a better work/life balance that harmonizes his love for the outdoors and passion for nurturing children's confidence, Joe's enthusiasm shines through in everything he does.

A dedicated family man, Joe enjoys spending quality time with his young family, volunteering with charity organizations to support the community, and indulging in his love for cycling and jogging. As an avid sports enthusiast, Joe's competitive spirit extends from the basketball court to the soccer field. When he's not cheering on his Favorite teams, you'll find Joe soaking up the sun at the beach or sharing stories around the campfire during family camping trips. With his infectious energy and commitment to making a positive impact, Joe is a valuable asset to our team at Base Zero.

Mike - Brisbane South Operations Leader

Mike brings with him a wealth of experience from Australia's leading tech and telecommunications companies, where he held diverse roles spanning sales, commercial, operational, and senior management. With a Cert IV Diploma in Small Business Management, Mike's extensive background includes a remarkable 10-year tenure as General Manager for Telstra Corporation and instrumental contributions to building telco giants like Vodafone and 3 Mobile.

In 2022, Mike decided to shift gears, bidding farewell to full-time corporate life in pursuit of a better work/life balance and a role aligned with his interests. His arrival at Base Zero has injected a dynamic energy into our team, fuelled by his enthusiasm and friendly nature. Mike's positive 'can do' attitude creates a buzz at events, inspiring children to reach heights they never thought possible.

Beyond his professional prowess, Mike wears the hat of a dedicated family man. As a married father of two competitive swimmer daughters aged 21 and 25, he somehow manages to balance the demands of outdoor adventures and training activities. Mike is a regular participant in running events and Tough Mudder-style obstacle courses.
Outside of the fast-paced world, Mike finds solace in dropping a line at his favourite fishing spots in Moreton Bay.
